This assertion was declared during a courtesy visit to Dr. Sulaiman Saidu Bashir Executive Chairman Adamawa State Primary Health Care Development Agency (ADSPHCDA) by Alh. Abubakar Tukur State Coordinator GIZ project in the state, Alh. Abubakar Tukur in his remarks stressed the need for more partnership between the two organization to help reach out to vulnerable and poor in the urban and rural community in the state, he thereby, commended the Executive Governor RT. Hon. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri for appointing a well experienced fellow to led the State Primary Health care Development Agency, Dr. Sulaiman’s wealth of experience will no doubt transform the sector.
The Executive Chairman State Primary Health Care Development Agency, Dr. Sulaiman Saidu Bashir in response after elaborate presentation by the GIZ team, applauded the impact and achievement made by the GIZ project in the state. Dr. Sulaiman assured the team the agency’s support and calls for more stronger tie with European union and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development.
