The lingering commitment by past government and stakeholders to put an end to the unacceptable situation have proved abortive.

Thereby swung into action by recruiting over 1000 technical and skilled health workers to fill in the human resource gap bedeviling the state primary health care sub sector over the years.
However, this effort by Governor Ahmadu Fintiri government under the auspices of the Adamawa State Primary Health Care Development Agency (ADSPHCDA) by appointing a Pragmatic Leader in person Dr. Sulaiman Saidu Bashir as Executive chairman and board Members of ADSPHCDA will no doubt move the Primary Health Care Institution to a greater height.
Consequently, the Careful selection of Dr. Sulaiman Saidu Bashir since assumption to office have led to dramatic improvement and attracted development partners to collaborate and invest more to strengthen resilience in Adamawa state.
The applicants for the screening and recruitment applauded the concern and commitment by Rt. Hon. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri to develop Adamawa state and health care sub-sector to be specific.
