The ICRC Health delegate Adamawa State Carol Kaburu and team of health specialist which include Marco Lende ALMANACH delegate and Ruth Samson Health Field Office Yola, during a courtesy visit congratulated the new leadership of the ADSPHCDA Chaired by Dr. Sulaiman Saidu Bashir the executive chairman for the well-deserved appointment. Carol express commitment toward cordial working relationship with the agency to increase resilience for enhanced quality of care to communities.
During the visit ICRC donated COVID-19 safety materials to the agency to enable attain excellent precautional measure in the fight against the Pandemic COVID-19. Thereby urged the agency to use the items for the purpose attended.
The executive chairman Dr. Sulaiman Saidu Bashir in his remark expressed satisfaction with the support rendered by ICRC to Primary Health care facilities in the state. Dr. Bashir added that the upgrade of facilities, integration of ALMANACH programme at facility level is a remarkable achievement, hence demands Sustainability. He further solicited for sustainable approach and strategies to help implement and sustained the gains by ICRC intervention in Adamawa State.
While receiving the Safety material, Dr. Bashir assured ICRC utilization of the material for the purpose intended.
