Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child, Adolescent Health and Nutrition (RMNCAH+N) Scorecard is a management tool which is used to monitor and evaluate performance of Health projects and programs to improve healthcare services through informed decision making and policy formulation. It is use to strengthen the Health System by providing quarterly feedback to all relevant stakeholders on selected indicators for high priority program relevant to RMNCAH+N.
Adamawa has been able to developed and disseminate 5 Scorecards from Quarter 3, 2018 to Quarter 3, 2019 and has used it effectively to engaged Stakeholder for action and accountability.
